Where we work

Home for us is an office at The Lightbox, Power Road, Chiswick W4. Most of our Legionella risk assessments are in London and the Home Counties, because that's where we can get to easily and where we know the housing and the water best. Very hard water, Victorian conversions, HMOs, mansion blocks, commuter offices and seaside holiday lets are our everyday work.

We're not just a London outfit, though. We cover the whole of the UK, and we're happy to travel for a single property or a portfolio spread around the country. For jobs further afield we plan the trip properly: we group properties that are close together onto the same day, and agree access with you or your agent before we set off. That keeps it efficient for us and sensible on price for you.

We work for private landlords, HMO landlords, letting and managing agents, freeholders, schools, nurseries, care homes, offices, shops, hotels and holiday let owners. The area guides below explain what we tend to find in each county, which water companies supply it and how we get there.
